Thermic Fluid Heater (T.F.H.)
Thermic Fluid Heater (T.F.H.) is a forced flow heat exchanger unit where high thermal stable fluid (i.e. Thermic Fluid) is circulated through the main heat exchangers to gain and transfer the thermic fluid towards the process for process heating.
High Pressure Hot Water Generator (H.W.G.)
High Pressure Hot Water Generator (H.W.G) is a closed loop forced flow circulation system where water is heated up at the desired temperature while maintaining high pressure to avoid change of a phase.
Indirect Fired Hot Water Generator (H.W.G.)
The following types of Indirect Fired Hot Water Generator are produced in our state of art manufacturing unit;
- Thermic Fluid to Hot Water – Thermic Fluid to Hot Water as an Indirect Fired Hot Water Generator (H.W.G) is a customised product which is designed as per the process temperature requirement. This system consists of a high pressure vessel as per the desired capacity, where through submersible heating coils thermic fluid not only flows but also transfers the heat to generate hot water. This system is generally used in a high pressure and a high temperature application.
- Steam to Hot Water – Steam to Hot Water as an Indirect Fired Hot Water Generator (H.W.G) is a custom built product which is designed as per the process temperature requirement. This system consists of a high pressure vessel as per the desired capacity, where through submersible heating coils steam flows and transfers the heat to generate hot water by releasing the condensate water for boiler feed. This system is generally used in a high pressure and a high temperature application.
- Hot Water to Hot Water – Hot Water to Hot Water as an Indirect Fired Hot Water Generator (H.W.G) is a tailor made product which is designed as per the process temperature requirement for comparatively low pressure and low temperature application. However, this system consists of a high pressure vessel as per the desired capacity, where through submersible heating coils hot water not only flows but also transfers the heat to generate hot water.

Pressure Vessel
A custom made high pressure vessel are generally designed suitably for heat accumulation in the liquid / water at a high temperature and pressure for surge load applications.
Thermic Fluid Steam Generator (I.B.R.)
Basically, this is an unfired boiler called steam generator where thermic fluid is circulated through the emersion coil placed in a pressure vessel. The capacity of the emersion coil and vessel are designed as per the requirements of steam generation. This type of steam generator is applicable for low consumption of steam where the major source of heat transfer in the process is through thermic fluid. To avoid a separate installation of steam boiler, this type of steam generator can be designed where the same thermic fluid can be used for steam generation.
Pollution Control Equipment
The following pollution control equipments are manufactured and supplied by us;
- Pulse Jet Bag Filter – To efficiently arrest the suspended particles in the flue gases from the exhaust of the furnace (mainly from solid fuel fired combustion) Pulse Jet Bag Filter units are installed. However, the selection of the size and type of bag filter is based on the working condition of the flue gases.
- Trema Cyclone Separators / Multicyclone Dust Collector – This is a mechanical dust collection system which can effectively separate very fine particles from solid fuel fired flue gases thereby controlling the emissions.
Dust Extraction System
Similar to Pulse Jet Bag Filter System, a Dust Extraction System is fitted to a dust generating machine or in any dust generating area so as to ensure the proper collection of dust generated during operation to avoid dust deposition and break down of a machine.
Fuel Preparation and Handling System
Based on the industry of our operation, Fuel Preparation mainly consists of Coal crusher and wood chipper, the selection of which is primarily based on the application, size of operation and nature of the fuel. While the Fuel Handling is done by transferring the crushed / chipped fuel to the feed hopper through the conveyor for continuous and hassle free operation.
Ash Handling System
Various types of ash handling system can be availed by the client. They are;
- Submersible Ash Handling System-This system is installed for collecting the ash particles where the discharge form various points of the furnace are submerged in water to ensure that the fly ash does not pollute the surrounding areas rather it gets dissolved in water.
- Pneumatic Ash Handling System-Similar to dust extraction, Pneumatic Ash Handling System is used to collect the fine ash particles (i.e. fly ash) to deposit it in the preferred location.
- Screw Conveying Ash Handling System – In contrast to the Pneumatic Ash Handling System, this is a pocket friendly alternative to collect and discharge the ash towards a desired place.
